Santa's Sleigh
Rugby's most loved Christmas tradition — and we need your help to make 2026 the biggest yet.
Every December, Rugby Rokeby Lions Club takes Santa and his famous sleigh through the streets of Rugby. From the 1st to the 24th of December we're out almost every single day — daytime sessions at local shopping centres, evening drives through residential streets, bringing festive magic to thousands of Rugby families.
This is not a small operation. It takes dozens of dedicated volunteers giving up their entire December to make it happen. Every penny raised goes directly to local charities serving the Rugby community.

We're always looking for volunteers to join the Santa team — whether you want to don the red suit, dress as an elf, or help behind the scenes. No experience necessary — just enthusiasm and a love of making people smile.
